Overview

LOFFREY V-Type Press Flange Adapter is a transition fitting designed to connect V-profile press-fit stainless steel pipes to flanged equipment such as pumps, valves, meters and flanged pipelines. Made of premium 304 or 316L stainless steel and factory-fitted with an EPDM sealing ring, it delivers fast, flame-free press joint installation and reliable long-term leak-tight performance for water supply, sanitary, municipal, HVAC and fire protection piping systems.

Description

Our V-type press flange adapter adopts European V-profile press connection technology. One end is the V press socket for thin-wall stainless steel pipe, the other end is a precision machined standard flange for bolted connection.
No welding, no threading required on site. Simply crimp the joint with a dedicated V-type press tool to form a permanent, high-strength mechanical seal. The integrated EPDM gasket provides excellent resistance to hot/cold water, ageing and hydrolysis, ensuring stable sealing for decades under rated working pressure.
Smooth inner bore with low flow resistance, hygienic non-toxic material, suitable for high-standard sanitary, food & pharmaceutical, drinking water and commercial building piping projects.
