Description
Architectural Wood-Grain Surface
6.0 mm Chevron-Embossed Wood-Look PP Mineral Wall Panel
A continuous pale-oak panel concept that transforms classic chevron geometry into a clean, large-format feature wall for modern commercial interiors.
Wood character with a new visual rhythm
The Chevron-Embossed panel brings a directional wood-grain pattern to the Xinjue PP mineral wall-panel platform. Its surface is organized around a large V-shaped geometry rather than conventional straight grain or vertical grooves. From a distance, the chevron pattern gives a wall a strong architectural identity; at close range, a matte pale-oak texture keeps the effect natural and approachable.
Unlike a feature wall assembled from many individual timber strips, this concept places the chevron design across a continuous panel face. Fewer visual elements make the composition calmer, while the large-format direction helps designers control alignment across wide walls. A proposed 6.0 mm profile sits between the site's existing 5.0 mm flat wall panel and the previously developed 8.0 mm linear-groove concept.

Product concept highlights
Integrated chevron design
The V-shaped wood direction is designed into the panel face, avoiding the busy look of many separately installed planks.
Pale natural-oak direction
A light, matte wood tone supports Scandinavian, retail and contemporary workplace interiors without appearing heavy.
Proposed 6.0 mm profile
The concept thickness provides room for shallow relief while retaining a relatively slim interior wall-panel format.
Project-led development
Chevron scale, color, dimensions, edge details and layout can be reviewed against the actual wall and production feasibility.

Continuous panel, carefully controlled detail
The concept uses a light oak grain that changes direction at the center of each chevron. Shallow embossed lines add tactile definition without creating the deep channels associated with slatted or acoustic panels. When the wall is illuminated from the side, the surface gains a gentle relief; under diffuse daylight, it reads as a calm, continuous wood composition.

Plan the pattern before production
Chevron is sensitive to alignment. The centerline, panel width, openings and wall termination points should be reviewed together so the pattern does not appear interrupted. For larger projects, elevation drawings can help determine whether the chevron should repeat within each panel or continue across multiple panels.
-
Define the wall: provide elevations, openings, corner conditions and target installation area.
-
Select the pattern scale: confirm the V width, centerline and direction of the wood grain.
-
Approve a physical sample: check color, gloss, relief, edge treatment and visual alignment.
-
Confirm production details: finalize quantity, packaging, installation method and delivery timing.
