Description
Purpose
Suitable for various cable wires, power lines, sheathed wires, silicone
wires, and the over-filling production process of core wire twisting.
Working principle: By using the powder spraying method, static electricity is
applied to make the surface of the wires automatically adsorb talcum powder.
Advantages:
1. Make the powder coating on the insulation layer of the wire more uniform
and stable.
2. It can adjust the density (amount of powder) of the powder coating on the
wire, meeting the different requirements of various customers.
3. Using an internal circulation system, it reduces the leakage of talcum
powder and can improve the working environment in an airborne environment.
4. Automatic powder addition function: No need for manual powder addition
when there is a shortage of powder or during the middle of the process.
5. Advanced filter screen cleaning mode, extending the maintenance and
cleaning cycle of the equipment.
